These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, text-messaging services and vehicle-access services operated by Voltek LLC ("Voltek", "we", "us"), including voltek.tech, crm.voltek.tech and the Voltek renter app. By using them you agree to these Terms. Vehicle rentals themselves are governed by the separate written Rental/Lease Agreement you sign with Voltek LLC; if these Terms and that Agreement conflict, the Agreement controls for the rental.
Voltek LLC rents electric vehicles by the month to rideshare, delivery and personal drivers in the Salt Lake City area. Questions: text or call the number on your rental paperwork, or email support@voltek.tech.
Program name: Voltek LLC Rental Messages.
What we send: transactional and account messages about your rental — your vehicle access code and unlock confirmations, a link to read and sign your rental agreement, a one-time signing verification code, payment receipts, rent due-date reminders, and pickup/return instructions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in: (a) by submitting the rental request form at voltek.tech/intake and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages from Voltek LLC; or (b) by texting START or your access code to our number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Frequency: varies with your rental activity; typically 2–6 messages per rental, plus up to a few reminders per week while rent is due. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have opted out. If you opt out, we will contact you by phone or email about your rental instead; vehicle access by text will be unavailable. Help: reply HELP or email support@voltek.tech.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular and others.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your access code is personal to your rental. Do not share it. Texting your code to our number unlocks the vehicle assigned to you; you are responsible for the vehicle from that moment as set out in your Rental/Lease Agreement. The service depends on cellular coverage and the vehicle's connectivity; keep the physical key card with you as instructed at pickup.
The renter app at voltek.tech/app is for Voltek LLC customers and staff. You agree to use it only for your own rental and to keep your access code confidential.
You may not use our services to do anything unlawful, to interfere with the services or other users, or to access a vehicle that is not assigned to you.
The websites and messaging services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltek LLC disclaims all warranties regarding them and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in this section limits the terms of your Rental/Lease Agreement.
