Voltek LLC provides SMS-based vehicle access for customers who rent our vehicles. When you book a rental and provide your phone number, we send you a one-time vehicle access code and trip-related service messages. You can text your access code to our number to unlock your rental vehicle, and you will receive confirmation replies.
You opt in to receive SMS messages by booking a vehicle rental with Voltek LLC and providing your mobile phone number during the reservation process. Your booking confirmation and check-in instructions state that you will receive your vehicle access code and service messages by SMS at the number on your reservation. You may also opt in by texting our service number first.
Message frequency varies by rental activity; typically 2–6 messages per rental booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through your rental platform messaging.
We use your phone number solely to deliver vehicle access codes and trip-related service messages for your rental. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
